Hello, I plan on studying abroad in Ghent, Belgium in the spring of 2016. I have been researching the visa application process, and I discovered that the Consulate for my state is in Atlanta, Georgia. I found the Honorary Consulate in New Orleans, so I am hoping I can begin the process here. Thank you.
