We as persons with disabilities fall among the poorest in the world. Some times some of us we get opportunity of going a broad being invited to attend some development conferences but due to poverty, we cannot make it there.
We are therefore politely suggesting that some embassy provide us with an opportunity of sponsorship especially when invited. However, we might also not be aware of these opportsunities, but in case you have them please inform us so that we do not lag behind as far as development is concern.
It should also be noted that Uganda these days people are selfish and so, when one finds these opportunities, he or she just utilitze it without informing the friend.We will appreciate if our humble request or suggestion has been considered.

I hold a certificate in enrolled comprehensive nursing from lira school of enrolled comprehensive nursing .i applied for Diploma in clinical medicine and community health and i was taken to Kampala international university. but due to financial problem, i could not join. however later i applied for a scholarship in the ministry of health and i was taken but later i was disappointed when i was not confirmed for that scholarship.
