I have heard of the desirable offers that the Belgium embassy offers out in form of scholarships and I would love to be one of the short listed one. I hav just finished my degree in mass communication and journalism at ndejje university and would want to upgrade in masters through your offer. I would be glad if am considered. Thank you.
