where can i get this type of certification for document use in belgium?
I am staying in Lesotho and would like to have my certificates legalized inorder to apply for a masters degree program by 01 February 2012. May you advise on how I can send the certificates, how to pay for the cost of legalization so that I meet the 1 February deadline

I wish to know what the procedure, the fee, etc is to legalise a marriage certificate at your offices. I live in Belgium but i married in Zimbabwe. The marriage certificate is required for administrative reasons here in Belgium.
