Dear,
My name is Devesh Kumar an Indian Passport holder, living and working in Germany (from September/2008 to current) having a Schengen Visa till 15/09/14. I recently got a job (PhD. position) at ULB (de l'Université libre de Bruxelles) starting from 01/08/14. I would like to apply for VISA and work permit for Belgium. Please infrom me what I have to do to proceed my application for Visa and work permit in Belgium.
Please give me details for application as soon as possible.
