The same happened with me. I have been waiting for more than 10 days to get the template for medical certificate and the responsible lady says she was on vacation and she dont know by when she can reply to my email. ON asking how many weeks it will take for her to answer, she said she doesnt know..she has to reply to hundred of email..Be patient...Its just one template i am asking for which is not available online!
i emailed the embassy one week before about the visa procedure and documents necessary and also telephoned them and talked with the miss. Isabel De Smet
Visa officer /Konsularabteilung who is giving me answers like - she is alone there to handle the visa information, her collegues are on holidays etc etc ! but she didnt provided me any information she told me she will email me. but still(after more than 10 days)no response from miss. Visa officer /Konsularabteilung . it is pity ! i didnt understand why they oppoint such ill-professional person there.
I have calling to these embassy people, just to ask them the list of documents that are required to get Belgian visa.
After 10 to 15 calls I got connected to a lady who is responsible for the visa section. Instead of giving the information about visa the lady on the reception use to tell that she is alone there two work,2 of her colleagues are on vacations and when I repeated my question regarding the document list (for Belgian visa)? ...she going on repeating that she is alone there to work ...very bad service indeed...i dont understand how to reply them !
