انا السيد عبدالكريم ابراهيم انا حصلت على الاقامه الدائمه في بلجيكا وقدمت طلب من اجل لم شمل عائلتي الموجودين في سوريا وحيث اني فلسطينيي سوري فقد منع الامن العام اللبناني دخول الفلسطيني السوري الا في حالة حصوله على فيزا وقبل سفره بعشر ساعات فقد كان مستحيلا علينا تقديم الاورراق والمستندات والرسوم الا من خلال شخص اخر يسمح له بالدخول وقد كلفت زوجتي السيدة منى عبدالكريم اليوسف سوريه الجنسيه وكاله خاصه عن طريق كاتب العدل بعد موافقه القاضي الشرعي كون اولادي تحت السن تلقانونيه واخربتني هذع السيده بان الاوراق ورسوم الفيزا موجوده في السفاره برسم الامانة حتى ياخذ القنصل قراره حتى يوم الاثنين المقبل بعد مشاوره وزاره الخارجيه اليلجيكيه لذا نرجو من سيادتكم مراعاه وضع اسرتي الاستثنانيه وانا مستعد لتقديم ما ترونه مناسبا ع

I expected better treatmentI have applied for visas in many embassies, some experiences were good some not so good. But my experience in the Belgian embassy in beirut was terrible. The lady wasnt convinced why i wanted to go there for "tourism"- my husband usually plans all our trips - i dont interfer in any of the details so i wasnt prepared for her questions about our travel itenary. I know she is doing her job but i felt like being over interrogated - I was even asked what the capital of Belgium is. And finally there was the fingerprints - i have an old fractured finger on my left hand - so it was hard to press all fingers together - she was the most rude then. I am a well educated person, presentable looking and i think i deserve minimum amount of respect. We all have long , hard working days but it still does not give us an excuse to treat one another like dirt..

قدمت على لم الشمل في الصليب الاحمر في مخلن وقدمت تلاوراق في بيروت ارجو الموافقه على لن شمل ابنتي وعمرها 23 سنه لانها الوحيده الباقيه في البيت بعد لم الشمل

i Think my experience with Belgian embassy in Beirut was the worst i had when applying for a visa.They don't state clearly all papers needed on their website or when you ask at the embassy,and they make you return to embassy several times to complete your profile with papers they ask.Also they do not stick to the working hours sometimes,and close accepting applications when their is a big load of applicants.As i know they changed now the rude women that was receiving application.Now the new person (also a women) reicieving applications for visa is much kinder and helpful then that of last year.Most people i saw are going to spend money there either for tourism,Buisiness or education so its not respectful and decent the high effort and frustration people are having through their visa application experience and sometimes the rudeness of employees which i think the embassy worked on solving that this year by changing faces and putting kinder employees to deal with people.

my wife and my son are a refugee but my wife well not help me to see my son i am now in Aleppo Syria and if there is any document reacquired I'll be happy and send any thing you ask for all what i need it's to see my son and if my wife doesn't like to live with me any more i don't mind so pleas help me
