My 14-year-old daughter has to go to Uganda to attend school and the only route from Freetown presently is through Brussels for which i have been told she needs a transit visa. How can we do this when there are no flights to Abidjan?

am coming to the embassy but need to book and get a date ,how can i booked it.
My kid Sister is struggling to make visa appointment with embassy,we have tried several times with sending of the documents through e-mail,we contacted them,they told us there was system problem we should try the fax,still same problem keep on occurring,Her date is also drawing closer.We have planned to come there with all the needed documents.

Sri, I am to send Birth certificate authentication fee to your Embassy in Cote d"Ivoire , which according to your instruction, should be by Western Union Money Transfer.
