Hi sir ,i am a syrian citizen but right now living in Norway and have a norwegian residencyand a norwegian Travel document.i already got tickets (two ways) to Minsk and i got an invitation from a belarussian citizen in Belarus and i filled the short term visa application and i have the bank insurance and will pay visa fees in the airport and the goal of my visit is private for marriage during new year period. so my question is can i get the visa at airport as i get to minsk international airport with my travel document? or i could be sent back to norway with?thanks
