Comments on this High Commission
I had the most unpleasant service by a female call agent when requesting the most basic of information. I hope the high commissioner knows how awful the service is because they are a representation of their authority
Made a very frustrated and upset call in regards to information given to my mother that was wrong, leaving her in a financial problematic situation, when I had called the London embassy expressing in a frustrated but not directed manner explaining situation, the woman on the other end of the call (embassy employee) was rude and dismissive, referring to me to woman at one point because I was annoyed at her aggression when she could of been more professional, once I asked for her name she would not give it to me and said she is the only staff there I cannot talk to no one, there is no one else, then I had the phone put down on me. This is such a shameful of our embassy staff.
it`s just terrible, the service at B H C london, the answers varied from officer to officer. Milton lnniss staff should be fired
Poor Customer Service skills and an unhelpful, manner, verging on rude! You never get a straight answer to any questions and you are quickly told to contact another department, which you can never get through to! Thus queries are usually unsuccessfully resolved. So many other people have said the same thing.
I wonder if the PM of BARBADOS actually knows how poor their UK Embassy staff are!
I am from Pakistan and i have uk valid visa and get invitation from Barbados so anyone guide me how i can apply visa for Barbados and what documents required and also please guide me about processing time and charges?
I have called on a number of occasions and have found the service very unsatisfying.
When the phone is finally answered, you never really get a straight answer and it very rare that the person is informative.
I dread having to call the embassy as I find the experiences frustrating but just have to persevere in order to get what is needed.
I have mentioned this before only for the other person to act oblivious to what I was saying but on my last visit, I had a very nice experience with the persons who dealt with me. It would e very nice if this continues across he board.
I Sydney Payne contacted and spoke to one of your operators on Wednesday 25th September requesting a form to apply for a Barbados Passport and was informed one would been sent to me in the post. It is of utmost urgency now because I am needing to travel at the end of this month / beginning of November. I need the fast track service. The telephone number you provide on your website I have been informed when I ring has been replaced by another one and have rung three times this week and just get an anwsering machine message.
Please can you address this problem at your most earliest.
Yours sincerely
Sydney Payne
