My father lives in Al-Quwarsha, Benghazi. You know the situation better than us. There is no gas, water , electricity supply. People are struggling with death. In this situation, somebody stole my father's passport. Please advise us how he can get a new passport or is there any other alternative so that he can come back to Bangladesh. Please help those people, please find a way out to send them back in Bangladesh. I am begging to you.
