Dear Sir/Madam:
Hope this mail finds you in good manner. By way of introduction, I am the Director of Micro finance Institutions Supervision Directorate at the National Bank of Ethiopia. The National Bank of Ethiopia have finalized all the necessary preparations to send its delegates to a working visit on Micro finance in Bangladesh in the coming January, 2013. Accordingly, the visit is mainly hosted by BRAC and the delegation are set to visit ASA, Grameen Bank, Bank Bangladesh, Micro finance Regulatory Authority (MRA) etc. To this end, we have received invitation letter from the organization that host the event. Previously, other delegates of our bank have made a visit to Bangladesh through getting visa upon arrival (at the airport in Dhaka). Thus, this is to kindly request you information if we can have entry visa upon arrival similar to the previous visits in Dhaka or if not possible, how to get visa from the nearest embassy i.e. Nairobi. Hope to receive your response soon.
Thanks and Regards
Frezer Ayalew (e-mail:frezerayalew@gmail.com)
