i just wanna ask if can a bangladeshi easy to get visa going to the Phils.and how many days it will take to process it.

Me and my bangladesh boyfriend were planning to marry last year, so we went to bangladesh embassyi in makati to get the legal capacity to marry which is important requirement. Unfortunately, the embassy said they dont issue legal capacity to marry. Its so weird cause this documents must come from the embassy and as per the office of registrar in our place, this is the first time they had an issue an embassy which dont issue legal capacity. Due to this we postponed our wedding, Since we had a limited time cause we both working in dubai and we need to go back.
We are planning to marry this year and hope there will be no more hassle.

To arrange and clarify all things, please go to his nearest Embassy. Its only the embassy who can help him. You can file a complain to the embassy regarding his situation.
