Dear Sir,
With due respect and humble submission that I am Modhu Das of Bangladesh. Employee of Kuwait for five years. Last year I went to Bangladesh to take leave n 06 August'2011. And 24 January 2012 was my flight date to go to Kuwait. But unfortunately Bangladesh Immigration police held up my flight due to Passport serial number different with Visa serial number. My passport serial number is V0924410 but Visa's Passport Number W0924410. This is a mistake State of Kuwait. On the other hand 06 February 2012 will finish my leave. So it is a great problem for me. If I do not go to Kuwait, I am undone. Please correct passport number in Visa and send to me as early as possible with 15 days leave extension.
