MY 15 OF BANGLA WORKERS HAVE APPLIED FOR NEW PASSPORTS AT THE EMBASSY IN KUALA LUMPUR SINCE DEC 2013 AND jAN 2014.
8 OUT OF 9 PASSPORTS DONE IN DEC 2013 WERE COLLECTED ON 12MARCH 2014 AFTER WAITING AT A HOT OVERCROWDED HALL FOR 4 HOURS.
AFTER 3 MONTHS, 1 IS STILL NOT READY AND REMARK AS DOC IS SCANNING. NO FURTHER EXPLANATION WERE GIVEN.
ANOTHER BATCH OF 6 PASSPORTS WERE JUST NOT READY, ALTHOUGH THE RECEIPT FROM THE EMBASSY STATES THAT THEY WILL BE READY IN FEBRUARY.
WE HAVE TO TRAVEL 300KM TO THE EMBASSY EACH TIME TO:
1) APPLY FOR THE PASSPORTS
2) THUMB PRINTS
3) TO COLLECT (BUT NOT READY)
IT IS IMMENSE HASSLE. BUT IF IT CAN BE DONE AS PROMISED, IT IS STILL OK. I MANAGED TO COLLECT 8 OUT OF A TOTAL OF 15. i HAVE VISAS PENDING FOR RENEWAL TAT CANNOT BE DONE WITHOUT THESE PASSPORTS.
SO HOW CAN WE CHECK IF THE PASSPORTS ARE READY BEFORE WE TRAVEL TO MAKE COLLECTION?
PLEASE ADVISE.
I am illigale from one year by my agent. from that time i'm trying to go back. but can't. at this moment i need help.
