As an employer, I have made an online MRP application on behalf of my general workers in my buiding construction at Jengka, Pahang. The application made was successful after an appointment date for biometric was requested online. However, to my amazement, I was told by an officer from the Bangla High Commission that the requested online appointment date was invalid and my worker had to personally call the High Commission by phone to get an appointment date at 03-4252-2652 or 03-4251-0364.Well, I tried calling these numbers many times but it was just impossible to get a response as the phone was either engaged all the time or the staff was too busy to answer my calls. It's most frustrating and may I call upon the Bangladesh High Commissioner in Kuala Lumpur to look into this problem and improve on this service, please? I suggest that the BHC staff should visit the Indonesian Embassy in KL and see how their system works so efficiently in issuing digital passports just in one day. If any other employer faced a similar problem, could you please launch your complaint right away too?
