SEA TIME ENDORSEMENT
I have sailed 7 months in 2 breaks with a HongKONG based Company..
Before joining they had INDIAN manning office tie-up..but after 15 days they had some tie-up problems and now they are not issuing me the seatime certificate.
I have the ORIGINAL SEATIME certifcate from the HONGKONG BASED company but it des not have RPSL..

PLs let me know the solution for this problem..my 7 and half moths will go invalid... I have to apply for GMDSS ENDORSEMENT ON THIS BEHALY ONLY...

the vessel was BAHAMAS registered...i have heard that for this i can visit BAHAMAS EMBASSAY and get my ORIGINAL SEA TIME LETTER ENDORSED...

WILL THAT STAND VALID IN MMD ... Its already a month i have been communicating with the INDIAN MANNING OFFICE but they promise they will send but 15 days have passed and they are not picking any phone calls // and have not replied to any emails..
