I along with my wife wish to go on a cruise for 7 days from Florida/maiami to Bahama between 4 to 16 june 2014. We hold 10 years valid visa for USA. My daughter's family who are US citizens would also accompany us. Pl tell us do we require Bahama Visa , if so how to get it in India?

My parents are visiting us in USA. They have a multiple entry visa to USA. They arrive in DC on 5th June 2014 and we are taking them on a cruise to The Bahamas on 12th June.
Can you please advise on the best, easiest and fastest way for them to obtain a Visitor Visa to The Bahamas? They live in Bangalore and since the Bahamas consulate in India is in New Delhi, it is an issue for them to have to travel there and apply for visa.
Is it possible for them to apply for the visa anywhere in Bangalore, Karnataka, India? They need a multiple entry Visitor Visa to The Bahamas.
