I wish to travel to Kyrgyzstan. Could you please guide me about the process and formalities to get visa. I live in Kuwait but my nationality is Pakistani. If i get visa of your country, can i go to kyrgistan on same visa.?

Visa for Azerbaijan
PLEASE contact me as I cannot get an answer to the phone, there is no website, no email and my wife and I wish to visit teacher friends in Azerbaijan. We are New zealanders and live here in Kuwait.
