Hello there,
I appied for Azerbaijan visa and would like to share with some useful information with you.
First you come to AZ embassy in Ashgabat (taxi drivers do not know where it is so come to Ostrovski & Mopra crossroad 50 meters to West). Visa applications day Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 9:00 to 13:00 o'clock. Bring your passport & passport copy, 2 photos (3*4mm), Certificate of Birth, invitation and fill in application form that will be given to you in AZ embassy. Usually it takes one week for granting or rejection of visa. If consulate made decission for granting you visa then you will be sent to Foregn Economic Bank located in crossroad of moscowski & sovetski. Depending on visa type you will pay Consulate fee.

If I have the letter of invitation from the travel agency + Passport + Picture + Visa form + Fee $. Can I put all the information in envelope and send to the Azeri Embassy in Ashgabat to get the VISA…?, is this acceptable or do I need to go personally. I am working in Turkmenmistan in rotation basis 28 days on and 28 days off in Balkanabat and I not able to leave the camp during that time, I am citizen from Ecuador, please advice because I would like to visit your country at the end of July.
