hi I got an invitation to attend the Austrian Bodybuilding chammpionship this month, I got a copy of the invitation What else do i have to prepare and how many days does it take to get the visa????

My girlfriend and me will go to Romania for 2 weeks as I am from Romania.
We would like to visit Viena as my girlfriend studied classical music and is her dream to visit Viena.
Can you tell me please what documents we need to have to apply for Shenghen visa as she has the Romanian visa?
