I would like to visit Austria as a family trip, myself and my wife already having Schengen visa and valid for 5 years, and we have been in Austria in May 2015, now again wish to travel to Austria for holiday and will take our two daughters, shall we have to apply for visa for my daughters only OR we also need to apply new visa considering myself and my wife already having Schengen visa. and how to apply? where is the location of the embassy?

Information Dear Sir , I would like to travel in Australia. My brother lives in there. He send me a invitation letter. I am a Bangladeshi now living in oman and doing job here as a Teacher.I have also resident card.Now i want to know from you that
1. If i download the application form , from internet
for tourist visa then which one from i have to down load.
2.I heard i have to attested my previous visa page , and also picture but from whom i i dont know.
3.WHEN I have to finish the health deceleration before the applying for visa or after .
Please inform me the information
