I'm plan to take her to UK, France, Rome and Vienna this year.
Who do I contact at the Austrian Consulate for a holiday visa for her.

I am currently in Melbourne and would like to make an appointment with you at your earliest convenience.
I have been trying to speak to somebody at the Austrian Consulate in Melbourne, but all I got was the answering service, with the message being spoken so rapidly as to be useless.
Big improvement necessary.
