Eric Royce and attorney Nathalie Fermadez (their other names)
It happened to me also. I was shocked to receive a message from this guy in which he told me that he's in need of a nanny for his daughter and send also pictures of her. He used other name and that is Eric Royce. He ask me to send my resume and i could'nt believe it! i was hired immediately by him. Then he told me bout this affidavit of guarantee fund! He said that i need to pay 120euro and he will reimburse it when i get there. In my mind,i already have doubts bout it especially when he urge me to pay for it immmediately.I investigate this matter through internet and luckily found this page and found out that this is a scam! But before i investigate,we chatted for a little minute and i asked him if it is ok with him if i will ask for a salary deduction and he said no! Then i said that," ok if you dont want salary deduction then it's better if we stop talking this nonsense topic!" He gets very angry with me and said bye! Thanks to this page...

This is a scam
If you receive any message from the name Carlos Nolan it is A BIG SCAM!!!! Dont send money to any western union & dont ever believe that he is a real person.
He write to & he also write to my friends at the same time so we investigate this person & he is using ROBERT WILL & also CARLOS NOLAN name he also sending pictures of the children so he thought we will fall to his scam

This is his message to me & my friends:

How are you, I hope, right?, After I go through your RESUME/CV and am very impress and also want to inform you that you are welcome to our family in advance. I want to inform you that you are not paying for your Visa / Permit Domestic Workers documents and your ticket into PORTUGAL, the cost will be shoulder by me. the only thing you will be responsible for is your Affidavit of Guarantee Fund of (120Euro) my message to you to pay affidavit to ensure and happy that you will be honest with me and are willing to share your work,

Why is it imperative that you incurred the costs of the affidavit on the guarantee for you to assure me and the Portugal Crown Court Commission that you do not neglect your work, after processing all your documentations to get here, because of my bad experiences in the invitation of Au Pair Nanny, after I saved her input to here in Lisbon Portugal, she came to the airport and she never appeared again ignoring my offer to her and make me loose my money, I was so advised by employment experts lawyer, follow up with this policy, the affidavit of guarantee from the PORTUGAL Crown Court is for legal and safety reasons by the immigration lawyer. that was the reason why you ask to pay for your Affidavit of Guarantee Fund, to Portugal Court, so that you assure me and our government that you will not neglect your work for any reason, purpose, when you get here in Lisbon Portugal.

So I think the fact is clearly indicated for your understanding, and you will be reimbursed by me, all reasonable costs incurred by you in the processing of progress in meeting your obligations under this Treaty, provided that the expenses in connection with the authorization arise from me. so I advise you to make it a priority to this case. Tell me your opinion fastly,so I agreed with the working title of the form I can send you to be satisfied.

Below is the expert lawyer in charge of the affidavit of guarantee contact details, contact her right away and tell her that I Mr.Carlos Nolan. told you about him in relation to your sworn oath affidavit of GUARANTEE.I want you to know that I have deposited the money to do the processing of your working visa and flight ticket so simply contact her with the bottom contact:

Shirley Ponton Law firm.
Lawyer, Shirley Ponton.
E-mail :(salawchamber@live.com)

Get back to me and Shirley Ponton immediately if you are willing to shoulder the (120Euro) for your solemn guarantee from the Crown Court in Portugal Lisbon City.

Sincerely,
Carlos Nolan,
Don't ever believe to that PERSON ITS A SCAM!!!
