I have declared my defection from Assad's regime since more than three months and left Syria for more than six months, moreover, I am a member of the Free Independent Syrian Judicial Council now which is opposite the regime in Syria. As I'm a Kurdish judge, I am threatened by the Syrian intelligence, as well as by the Kurdish Democratic Union PYD which is pro Assad, in particular, after I wrote several articles showing the reality of Assad's regime as well as the illegality of the PYD.
Furthermore, my residence in Turkey doesn't protect me and my wife from the criminal syrian regime especially since its supporters'' PYD'' are deployed in abundance in Turkey and previously many Syrian oppositions have been kidnapped in Turkey then handed over to Syria, and a clear example is the lieutenant Hussein Harmoush who was the first who stood against the regime, handed over to the syrian regime. concerning my writing above, I beseech you to pay attention to my writing and the privilege of conducting an oppointment with the British Embassy so that I could keep you informed of my situation in a better way and enclose my CV.
