Dear Sirs,
Me and my friend Mr. Gibreel are both formally invited and fully funded by the IAEA to attend the Zwentdendorf Nuclear Power Plant Walk-down workshop 9-13 Sept. 2013 @ Zwentendorf .
Our problem is to get the Entry Visa for Austria.
Since we are both Sudanese and there is no Austrian Embassy at Khartoum, we are forced to travel to Egypt/Cairo and it is known that Egypt is not currently safe.
We booked an appointment at the Austrian Embassy at Cairo on 01-09-2013 and there is no guarantee that the status at Egypt is going to be safe and settled.
Please kindly inform me and Mr. Gibreel if it is possible to travel to Addis Abeba and apply for the Austrian Entry Visa .
