I recently applied for visa and was asked via mail, to send a copy of my introduction letter and statement of account. I want to know if I am to reply the sender directly or if I am to send the required documents to a separate email address as none was provided. Also, given the email written on this site is different from the one that sent me the mail

I am a nigerian residing in Austria. I did verification/legalisation of my documents about 4 years ago. But due to incorrect spelling of my Name on my age declaration, the austrian authority have requested a new age decleration with the correct name. Please, I want to know, if, I am to go through the same process again like paying the lawyers fee for verification and so on. Pls, reply me on this email:

I came to your embassy in Abuja to submit documents for verification. An appointment was booked for 18/01/2018. Your staff at the entrance said the name is not on the list for the day. Unfortunate I do not have the print out. The name is KELLEY ALEXANDA
Please, is there any thing that be done so that still submit the documents today.
