Her responses were quick and one can only but praise the level of efficiency she has rendered to us, based on the fact that there were three contact points involved. I have applied for a visa on 14 October at Menlyn. The assistan ensured me that all the required documents were attached. We called regularly the verbal reply was tha they were attending. To urgent applications first. I need not worry as I'll only be boarding on 8 December 2015. We nevertheless enquired daily, only to be informed that all was on track. On Thursday 3 Dec we were informed that I need a Police report. I obtained it locally and e-mailed it. When my secretary enquired on Friday, we were informed that I was supposed to obtain a "clearance" from Schoeman Str, Pretoria..I immediately drove all 185 km to Pretoria. On arrival: "these offices are closed for the Christmas party!!! I missed my flight. Is this now fair???? Please assist.URGENTLY ,!!!!!

Good day, I am FRANTIC. Today is the 4th November 2015 and Flight Centre sent my visa application through on 29th September. I am SUPPOSED to fly on the 15th November to visit family and wedding. Please help. Flight Centre are avoiding me

I made an online application for Visitor Visa (600)for 3 persons traveling to Australia on Friday 30th October, 2015 using an ImmiAccount which i created and i received confirmation of the receipt of my applications. However, i have not received the visas as yet and am getting concerned because the trip is set for Friday next week. I will really appreciate if i can get some feedback from this office.
