Dear Sirs,
Just a question!... I'm a senior citizen from El Salvador and I've been trying to get a tourist visa to enter Australia on Sept 20th 2018, but it has not been possible to get it electronically (ETA).
I've been also trying to contact you on the phone reported (+612 61960196) unsuccesfully.
My purpose is visiting some relatives and my return would be on Oct 4th, 2018. All my airline tickets have been already bought!. I'm travelling along two of my sisters, who are US citizens and had no problem to get the e-Visa!
I'd appreciate your orientation on how to proceed to get this tourist visa.

Your ETA visa application page will not accept my application because I do not have a middle name. I followed the instructions given for persons with only one given name but it will not accept it. WHAT DO I DO.

I would like to inquire as to what steps I must take in order for me to retrieve a copy of the trial transcripts from the trial of the murderer of my one daughter who was murdered in Sydney in June 2012. Her killer was tried by your courts and the judge dropped his charges down from murder to manslaughter and I was deliberately refused a visa to travel to Australia to attend her killers trial and from even giving an impact statement about how her death effected our family after his conviction which after being dropped from murder down to manslaughter he then received a sentence that I feel was severely reduced for reasons which we were never given an explanation as to why. I mean four years for deliberately taking a little women's life to me seemed highly inadequate. To this day I am still trying to get a copy of the trial transcripts and am also being refused entry to Australia even though I had been granted a five year visa previously to travel there. After her murder the visa was not reinstated and I have still not received a decent reason as to why. What I require is who do I now contact to get first a copy of the transcripts and second a reason why I'm still being refused entry to your country to better inquire as to the circumstances surrounding her death.
