My name is Florenda P. Dawson, I am writing to you concerning the welfare of my daughter Trisha Louise Dawson.
John William Dawson is my ex-husband, who is a Australian Citizen, and the father to Trisha Louise Dawson. I need to apply to CSA for child support and need your help in doing so.
John and myself have been separated now for 3 years and I have recieved no help from him concerning the welfare of Trisha. I am unable to provide for her the basic needs, for her well being.
Can you please provide with me the requirements needed to do the right thing by our daughter.
