Good Day,I just want to confirm is this is true and legal.I apply work in australia via website. I send my work application to Medina Apartment Hotel Canberra Australia and they already approved my application and according to them there employment agency Career Builders will contact me for visa application.This agency already send me Australian Employment Nomination scheme visa subclass 186 application form and according to them application has to be processed in Cambodia first then when my visa is approved,visa will be transferred to Australian embassy in Philippines and our Philippine representative will contact me and take me to Australian embassy in Philippines for visa pick up.
