The sister of my Malaysian partner submitted an application for a tourist visa in early November. At the same time Wendy was officially appointed as an Authorised Recipient of information relating to the visa application.
Early in December, Penny was required to undergo a medical examination w.r.t. the visa application.
Wendy has not received any correspondence from the K.L. High Commission.
On 14Jan13 a letter was sent via email to the visa officer enquiring as to why he was not apprising Wendy of the status of the subject application.
As of now, 17Jan, receipt of this letter has not been acknowledged and still no information has been received.
I want to know who these discourteous individuals, who are in the employ of the Australian Department of Immigration, think they are in their disdainful and disgusting refusal to adhere to their professional protocol.
For how many hours each week are these arrogant imbeciles actually performing their over remunerated duties? Who are their supervisors and where is the Head of Department while such rampant ineptitude is allowed to flourish.
