A Main Question
To whom it may concern,

I have applied for immigration to Australia according to application Subclass 190 since October 2012 but due to unexplained reasons the process has been stagnated in last few months. So I would like to be informed about any issue and a clear cut estimation of completion date.

Although I have sent police certificate(June 2013) and medical examination results (August 2013) a couple of months ago, the mere reply from the immigration officer has been instructing us to wait. It is understandable that all process takes time while it is expected to have an estimation on the length. Hereunder are few concerns that I do like to share:

1 Aforementioned medical and police certificates are going to be expired in the next couple of weeks. Providing another series is not only time consuming but also impose unnecessary financial burden.

2 We currently live in Malaysia. This uncertainty is going to make our life and job related circumstances in jeopardy. For instance, registration of my daughter in school, continual of house rent, and applying for available job positions are issues which impose financial burdens to us while our saving is gradually on decrease.

3 My wife would finish her PhD in next couple of months which would be the reason that we should leave Malaysia, while one don't know about our immigration application to Australia, to Iran. This not only would cost too much but also make us face more troubles that we had in Iran and as you may know has been our main reason to immigrate.

I believe a developed country as Australia won't distinguish among applicants from different nationalities, even though I can find a lot of cases that have been able to receive their visa in clearly shorter period.

All in all, I would be grateful if you let me know an answer to a simple question which would help us to enter Australia with more confidence and assurance for productive future years: When would be your estimated date for your kind reply to our last steps of immigration process?

Sincerely yours
