Dear Sir/Madam,
I would like t bring to your kind notice about the poor and disgusting service in Australian High Commission, Sri Lanka.
I went to collect some passports from the above mentioned place which is located in Gregory Road, Colombo. On February 7th, Monday 2011 morning, the person on duty was an old man who operates microphone for clients at the front counter talked very rudely and asked “who asked you to come here?” from me. And he threw away our passports which contains extremely valuable Australian visa from the small slot.
The day was very rainy in here Sri Lanka and the passports dropped down to the ground and I picked them and came back without a single argument. As you may know the importance of Australian visa this was extremely disgusting as a Sri Lankan for me. I need you to make sure to not to happen this kind of faults as this type of issues will definitely ruin the Australian image. I would be much appreciated if you can replace the customer service personal of front counter.
I hope you will realize the inconvenience caused to me and your positive action in this case is awaited.
