I am a refugee of concern within the terms of the Conventions on the status
of refugees 1951 living in Sudan. despite substantial security difficulties
the Khartoum office has ignored my case due to irregular procedure.
To come to the point, I would like to apply for migration without a proposer.
Is it possible for the government to help me in this area? Please advise as
soon as you can.
