Very poor quality of service
Please be aware of the red tape and bureaucracy to apply for any visa to Australia. To apply for a transit visa there is a 10 day processing time, but to submit your application for this transit visa, you cannot get an appointment if you don't belong to a select group of countries. The wait time to submit your documentation took 5 days plus a special fee to apply for this as it was after hours. Why engage a company that forces you to apply with a special fee for after hours services. Why cannot applications all complete be received at the counter. ALso not there are no numbers to contact anyone, if there is .. it will serve you with an automatic voice reminder to go online. More than 3 quarters of flights leaving NZ go via Australia and many fares are non refundable. Plan your journey early, I dont think there will be any quality improvement from the AU consulate or its third party receiving the application. Third or fourth world service.

So much disappoint since my transit visa application is not aware by consulate staff especially my flight confirmed and departure date already indicated in the application form. I understand that it takes 10 working days but there is no consideration for particular urgent case that suppose to leave very soon. Up to now 2 Nov 15 (8 working days already) why you don't consider your two public holidays which may affect my case.

Sponsorship
Hello there. I have a question reguariding employer sponsorship. I spent a year in Australia on a working holiday visa and in that time was offered sponsorship in a rural area at a service station. I have since left Australia as my visa ran out as I wasn't able to obtain a second year visa. I was wondering as I've know left the country and am currently staying in newzealand on a holiday visa if my employer was still able to go ahead with the sponsorship could he still do so as he said there would always be a place for me there.. I was also wondering how much it would cost.. I worked for this employer for around 2months in total. Although it wasn't a skilled job as such he feels there is no one in the area capable of achieving the standards of work that I can provide. Thanks, lucy box
