Certification of my wife original documents for bank account opening
I do need help in getting an Australian consulate to certify copies my wifes passport, driver's licence, and birth certificate so that the bank will authorise removing a hold on mony in a two party account in the Commonwealth Bank of Australia. I am in Australia Melbourne and my wife is in Fort Lauderdale Florida. I had deposited large amount of money before leaving the US
I am planning to be a student here in Melbourne and opened up a bank account to pay for expenses. My wife will not be traveling to Melbourne until late February. The bank requires us both in person to show these documents however in this situation my wife is not with me and will not be there until late February. This is very urgent and I do hope that you can accommodate me by helping to certify these documents of my wife so that they can be supplied to the Commonwealth Bank allowing the account to be open and have access to it by me. Transit Visa
Me and my partner are traveling to Australia for 7 hours, a stop over to New Zealand, but on separate booked flights and I need to know if I need a Transit Visa. If I do, how do I go about getting that? Currently we are in Taiwan and we will be traveling from Taiwan to Australia and then Australia to New Zealand.

Please let me know,

Thank you

Work Visa
I work for an American air carrier that is scheduled to begin service out of SYD in December. I am a corporate trainer that teaches new hire personnel how to work as customer service representatives. I need to teach a three week training program in SYD and want to know what type of work visa I need to apply for. Should I apply for a Temporary Work (Long Stay Activity) visa (subclass 401)? After the initial three week training program, I will probably need to return within a year to teach another one.

Consulate-General of Australia in Atlanta > THE WATER DIVINER Advanced Screening Opportunity
Greetings,

My name is Jacob Ginsberg and I assist with regional publicity and promotions for Warner Bros. We are hosting a special advanced screening of Russell Crowe’s directorial debut, THE WATER DIVINER – recipient of the Best Film at the Australian Academy Awards. The screening will take place on Thursday, April 16 @ 7:30pm at Lefont Sandy Springs movie theater, and we would love to have the Roswell Roos join us to watch the film!

THE WATER DIVINER tells the triumphant story of an Australian farmer searching for his lost sons in the aftermath of the tragic Battle of Gallipoli. Crowe stars as Joshua Connor, a father fighting for his family and his country in this inspiring tale.
Please let me know if you are interested in this opportunity, and if so, we can share information on how you can arrange for a social media/email list-serve giveaway so you and your members can download/print passes for the screening.

Thank you, and I look forward to hearing back.

See below for an in-depth synopsis of the film.

Synopsis: Russell Crowe’s directorial debut, “The Water Diviner,” is an epic and inspiring tale of one man’s life-changing journey of discovery. Crowe plays Australian farmer Joshua Connor, who, in 1919, goes in search of his three missing sons, last known to have fought against the Turks in the bloody Battle of Gallipoli. Arriving in Istanbul, he is thrust into a vastly different world, where he encounters others who have suffered their own losses in the conflict: Ayshe (Olga Kurylenko), a strikingly beautiful but guarded hotelier raising a child alone; her young, spirited son, Orhan (Dylan Georgiades), who finds a friend in Connor; and Major Hasan (Yilmaz Erdoğan), a Turkish officer who fought against Connor’s boys and who may be this father’s only hope. With seemingly insurmountable obstacles in his path, Connor must travel across the battle-scarred Turkish landscape to find the truth…and his own peace.

How Do Get Australia Visa
I live in Atlanta and I would like to know how to apply for Australia visa. I called (202) 797 3000 that was provided on the Australian Embassy website and the customer service center gave me two different numbers: 613-206-7603 and 613-216-7603. When I called these two numbers the computer said "the number is restricted or not available". What should I do? I need help
