Can you help.I am Australian,I met a women she is from Accra Ghana,she says that she has to renew her passport and paper work and needs $800.00 to get a new one.Is this the true cost,and if it is can I pay for it from Australia direct to the commission,can you please tell me the best way.
I have a lady friend in Accra Ghana who is an Australian Citizen even though she holds a Ghana Passport. She has a birth certificate that shows she was born in Western Australia. She is very destitute and in need of assistance. I have tried to help her out by sending what extra money I can get my hands on but as an Old Age Pensioner I cannot do a lot. She is currently in hospital there in Ghana and two days she tried to kill herself because she has no money to pay her way out of hospital. Is there any help available to her please?
