I am a cameroonian by nationality and i am looking for australian visa i don know if i can be giving with what i am looking for,and what documents do i need to for this visa

2. how can i check a veride visa
I need to know if it's true that if I send a letter to invite a man I'v been talking to on line to Australia that it would make me resonsinble for him finansially? I really need to now because he keeps asking me to write the letter so he can meet me nut I ws tole if he had mony he wouldn't need the letter so is he just trying to scam me or what? please let me know.
