dear sir,
we have (both of us me and my wife) got GREEN PASSAPORT. So we havent taken border visa to go
Erivan.and but we have been living KARS city. and my wife touritic guide.
we would like to see armania and esp. Erivan.
we had thought .. first to go TİFLİS after we would like to pass armenia.
If you permit .. we would like take VISA from Tiflis ambasador .
Is it possiblity to take armenaia visa from Tiflis ambasador as turkish citizen and having green
passaport?

I intend to take a land transport from Akhaltsikhe of Georgia to Gyumri via border crossing near Bavra. Can I get visa upon arrival at border crossing or have to apply visa at Tbilisi in advance.
