I am a blind woman from Uganda, the Second Vice President of the Woprd blind Union and would like to have Visas for me and my guide for traveling to Argentina to attend a meeting of World Blind Union, on behalf of my organization in Uganda, The Uganda National association of ther Blind (UNAB) of which I am the President.
