My senior colleague, Dr Alhas Nok Maicibi Head of Research and Policy Development Unit at the United Nations African Institute for the Prevention of Crime and the Treatment of Offenders (UNAFRI)has been invited to Buenos Aires to attend a UNODC organised Intergovernmental Expert Group Meeting on the Standard Minimum Rules for the Treatment of Offenders. I wish to travel from Kampala to Nairobi to submit his application to the Embassy for the visa. I shall appreciate to know the requirements which I need to carry along in this matter.
