as a Jamaican can i visit Argentina with out a visa?
Quisiera saber si el certificado de nacimiento de mi esposa Jeanette Chin ha llegado con a la Embajada Argentina en Kingston, Jamaica.(para ser certificado)
Han llamado de embajada y dejado un mensaje en Español a mi num de telefono a mi esposa en mi apartamento de New York City (212) 581 6376, mi esposa no habla Inglés y yo estoy en Buenos Aires
Por favor mándame un E-mail dándome mas informacon o si escriben a Jeanette tiene que ser en Ingles"

I am traveling on a Dominican Passport that is the Commonwealth of Dominica in the Eastern Caribbean (Not The Dominican Republic)
I will be in Lima Peru form 04 to 18 September and would like to visit Buenos Aries for some days.
Please tell me how I can obtain a visa.
