Free visa for Albanian citizens?
Dear Sir/ Madam.

I am a Norvegian citizen, married to an Albanian citizen. We have applied for a visa for him to stay, live and work here in Norway, but it takes time. In the meantime Christmas is comming up and we would love to celebrate it together here in Norway. Well, the Albanian government has said that The European Commisionary will let the Albanan people travel in the Schengen countries, without having to apply for a visa from 15th of December 2010. Can you confirm that this includes Norway as well? So that after 15th of December Albanian citizens can travel to Norway without applying for a visa? I just can't seem to find this information online.

Thanks.
