pasaportat
Ne NY ndodhet Konsullata e Pergjithshme e RSh, qe eshte nje institucion krejt i vecante nga ambasada ne Washington DC.
Kjo konsullate, mesa di une kryen shume sherbime, por per shkak te parametrave teknike akoma nuk eshte e mundur te pajisen shtetasit shqiptare me pasaportat biometrike.
Une kam komunikuar disa here ne telefon dhe kam shkuar atje dhe me kane pritur me shume miresjellje. Nese nuk e dini aty eshte emeruar edhe konsulli i pergjithshem, pasi deri me tani ka pasur vetem nje konsulle qe ishte e ngarkuar te drejtonte kete zyre.

pashaportat biometrike

Lexo kete link: http://www.moi.gov.al/drupal1/?q=node/615

Edhe une jam ne hall si gjithe ju te tjeret... por nuk ia vlen te shajme e mallkojme robt se vetem veten tone merzisim dhe nuk fitojme gje. Me mire ti harxhojme energjite me iu lut Zotit per problemet qe kemi e ta falenderojme Zotin pasi po e ben procesin e pershpejtuar te berjes se pashaportes, dhe te pakten ne kete menyre mund te merret me shpejt.

Gjithe te mirat e na dhente Zoti qetesi e paqe!

Ruined lives
Dear To whom it may concern,

My Family is in desperate need for help! This letter has been written with a lot of tears and agony, so I would really appreciate if you would take you’re time and read the letter to understand the pain my family and I have been going through. This letter hasn’t been edited or revised by any expert lawyers, just comes from the heart of an innocent 19 year old teen. After 14 years of living in the United States my family and I are now in danger of being deported. Our case has been issued to the Supreme Courts for a final decision, which has a low probability of 40% in winning. Please read and you will understand, because it’s unfair to punish a family for something they didn’t do:

My family and I have been in America for nearly 14 years and still haven’t received citizenship. My father Artur lako owns his own business in Arizona and has been a hardworking citizen all these years. We have been a perfect family, but have always had one thing missing and that’s citizenship. For nearly 14 years we have had many court cases and now we are at the Supreme Courts. My family has been going through depression as well numerous amounts of stress these past months. They are simply scared in knowing what the final wording would be no. If the decision is deportation, then a sad journey will occur back to Albania with my two brothers’ and sister’s, who are officially American citizens.
Our family could have won the right of citizenship in our first court date 10 years ago, but because we had a false document stamp send to us from Albania, we lost that court case. Since that one measly stamp that my family and I had nothing to do with, we have been struggling all these year’s, and basically working for the government; Giving them over 500,000 dollars in court fees. My family has paid off lawyers, court cases and we still haven’t had one descent court case since the first one, basically because the fraud stamps. This year our lawyer sent the fraud document’s to professional mailing industries. Everyone who examined the stamps has concluded that they were real and not fraudulent. For 14 years we have been fighting a case that should have been won a long time ago. My lawyer described to me that the person that claimed our stamps was “fake” was an ordinary person, who didn’t understand anything about stamping back in Albania. This frustrated me and made me write this letter today. I feel my family has had unfair justice in the court systems. Another event that occurred that kept us from winning was 5 years ago our lawyer made a huge mistake.
Our lawyer decided not to send in our paper’s requested by the government, because his mother was ill. The letters were supposed to be due within the week period, but he forgot and turned it in a month later. My father and I were handcuffed and send to deportation then bailed out by our lawyer. He apologized for not turning in those letters’s and said he would take care of it. From then we haven’t heard of him since. A lot of government officials agree with me once they read my case, and claim it’s wrong. How can professional people make mistakes, although they are getting paid in the process? From that point we have had a bad reflected image on us by immigration, because of an event that wasn’t our fault. My family speaks very little English and just pay off lawyers. We should have the right of a fair trial, because we are very well-respected family and great citizens. The worst we have ever done was my father received a measly speeding ticket. My family has there own pizza business and have big plans for our family in the near future. The reason we don’t progress as a family is simply we are afraid of deportation and can’t risk anything.
Every birthday for the past 14 years I make a wish? I know revealing your wishes make them not come true, but I have lost faith and even knowing that is true. My only wish is the right to be a citizen and not treated as an illegal. Sending my family back to Albania is a death trap and the pain that they will be in is not comprehendible for you to understand. Put yourself in our place this is wrong and injustice. Please help our family of 5 stay in the United States it will be very appreciated by us and will accomplish the only goal we have had as a family for 14 years. Have some kind of sympathy and help someone less fortunate then you.
