With reference to the above sales contract, We have shipped 6.340.250 M/Tons of assorted spices against above order under steam sterilization condition under their confirmation dated. 9th February,
2012.
As per terms and conditions of payment with reference to total Invoice value of US.DOLLARS. 47,642.32 . For the same they have transferred 50% of the Invoice value in advance, after that 40% bill through bank Documents Against Payment and for the balance 10% US.DOLLAR. 4672.81 to be transferred within 3 days after reaching the vessel at destination port.
After 10 days we have forwarded mail for balance payment to transfer as per signed Sales Contract.
Meantime they arises quality complaint for Garlic Powder and Onion Powder become caked . this may happen due to Steam Sterilization, as per their instructions as well as Sales Contract we bound to do Steam Sterilize all items. This is happen due

to air get inside product while Steam Sterilization process and this quite naturally . For the same normally that be regrind into powder form to use or they sale.
As per our instruction they have regrind the total quantity of Garlic 1500 kilos balance to sell 580 kilos of Garlic and from total Onion 959.100 kilos and balance to sell only 517 kiols, For the same they have confirmed pay our money after selling the same as per their mail dated.22nd January, 2013.
Since long we have given enough time in good faith to sell their balance product to pay back our money as per their mail.
After that we try to contact several times over phone and talk to them, but they fail to respond nor they fail to respond any of our emails for our balance payment of 10% US.DOLLARS.4672.81.
So this seems to be very clear that breach of trust.
So we kindly request you to please take up above matter very seriously and try to get back our balance amount of USD.4672.81 which they bound to pay as per terms of payment.
