Dear Albanian Embassy Personnel,
I currently reside in Indonesia, a "non-Hague" conference country. I am an American citizen and have worked in Indonesia the past 10 years. Recently I agreed to work in Albania and need my US college transcripts "certified". Question: A) Do I get the Indonesian government(Different Government Departments) to "certify" them and then the Albanian Embassy in Malaysia? B) Do the documents need to "certified" in the USA(extremely costly and time consuming)?
I hope to hear from you soonest so that I can take the appropriate action. My tentative employer(a school) wants me to join the organization as soon as possible.
