divorce certificate
My wife divorce certificate was made in masque in afghanistan but there was no stamp of ministry or other government department . Canadian Embassy sent that back to us stamp it with Afghan Embassy in Mashhad. my wife went there they refuse it. supposedly be done by government suction. it was 7 years ago. no one know she is getting married to Canada. they don't want do it just to verifying ts true divorce happened and stamp it. they send us to Afghanistan to bring official divorce certificate. she married again and just before visa office the hole document waiting for this stamp from Embassy of Afghanistan.

Missspelling Name
I got a passport and a married certificate from Afghani embassy Mashhad . They spelled the name differently.

In the passport is: Sohila rahimi.
In the married certificate is: Suhila rahimi.
that going to make a problem foe me when i sponsor my wife

Is there a form I can complete and I have proof from Afghani embassy that it is ok.

. If I send the forms to Australian embassy in Tehran . They well ask me why the name is different.

Thanks
