Dear Sir,
Hope every thing is going well, I heard in the newspaper last two months that Kuwait will announce Visa for Afghan Nation in 2015. but still didn't announce. Is it possible to open visa for Afghan Nationalities or not?

Dear Sir,
I graduated from Kabul University in 1978 as Civil Engineer, I have contract in Kuwait, unfortunately I found that Kuwait Engineers Association does not recognize this university, while they recognize most other universities around the world.
kindly your action and communication to solve this big issue, taking into consideration that this has bad effect at all graduates. so they are loosing there contract because of that.

we heard announced of opening Afghanistan visa today from one of pakistan TV station. They told that Kuwait visa is open for Afghanistan and Pakistan nationalty.
Sir; please let me know if that announced has a fact.
