I'm holding singapore passport and would like to obtain a visa to visit Kabul as a tourist
can i stop over Turkey to obtain visa from the consulate ?

i have bad experience with the Afghan consulate. and many people i have met the same experience they had. im an asylum seekers for 3 years. i want to study , i want to be a teacher. i dont have a passport. you might know this kida situation. my nationality is afghanian and the only reason i dont have a passport is that i was born in iran and flet to turkey. i dont have afghanian birth residence. i have been studing myself . and now i want to go to school but i need my passport. i went to the embasy and just to ask how i could get it. they dont care who you are and if they realise that you were born in in iran then they would treat you like food even worse. what was my problem! we are busy , get out of here , then i see he is playing of his phone. not even listen to me. then said ok wait there. i waited for an hour and half i said. they answer ok the boss will come and talk to him ! the boss? who the hell is that? this man came very angry telling me that they dont care about to afghans who registerd by UNHCR. go away and dont waist our time. find your own way , you are not afghan! they told me that im not afghan. i dont know what to say . it meant go to hell. i said sir , i want to go to university, i want to study .plas there must be a way to get my passport. and he said are you stupid boy ? get out of here.

مایان سه تن به اساس دعوت رسمی فدراسیون سارندوی ترکیه به استانبول آمدیم و با سارندوی ترکیه و سارندویان سایر کشورها یکجا شدی. یک روز بعد از آغاز برنامه ما در اینجا یک نفر از هم قطاران ما بنام سلیمان از ساحه کمپ بدون اجازه با سارندوی کشوری لیبی خارج شده و دوباره به کمپ بر نگشته است.
